Trauma therapy may be covered by your supplemental insurance (ZVV). If you wish to pursue this option, please check with your insurance provider in advance to see if they are willing to cover the costs.
For clients with lower incomes, I offer a limited number of discounted sessions. There is a waiting list for these. Please let me know if you're interested.
My usual sessions are 60 minutes long. From time to time, we'll need a session of 90 minutes (while working with hypnotic trances and doing trauma-integration), returning to 60 minutes sessions afterwards.

Dear clients, Ego State traumatherapy (inner parts work) requires a careful preparation before and documentation after the session. This time is included in the price of a session.

Couples therapy is unfortunately usually not covered by supplemental insurances (ZVV) unless one of the partner has a diagnose.
For clients with lower incomes, I offer a limited number of discounted sessions. There is a waiting list for these. Please let me know if you're interested.
My couple sessions are 90 minutes long. From time to time, we'll need an individual session of 60 minutes for each of the partners, returning to couple sessions right afterwards.

couples therapy is a complex method with different phases and steps. It and requires a preparation time before and documentation after the session (30 minutes each, one hour in total). This is included in the price of a session.
